1. Overview
LedgixSuite is a product of Coastal Tech Lab. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for LedgixSuite paid plans.
2. Free Trial
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during your trial period. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply do not add a payment method — your account will not be billed.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial charge. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on your first billing cycle. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a monthly billing cycle after the 30-day money-back window.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after 30 days will not receive a refund, but your access will continue until the end of the annual period.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No credit or refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your registered email address
- The plan you subscribed to
- Date of payment
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
9. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day window on the first payment
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests based on features not being used (non-usage is not a basis for refund)
