1. Acceptance of Terms
LedgixSuite is a product of Coastal Tech Lab. By creating a LedgixSuite account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on trial and paid plans.
2. Description of Service
LedgixSuite provides an all-in-one business management platform covering invoicing, sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, and financial reporting for growing businesses. Features vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account information.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
4. Free Trial & Subscription
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LedgixSuite to:
- Create or send fraudulent invoices
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Resell or redistribute the platform without written consent
6. WhatsApp Messaging
LedgixSuite provides functionality to send invoices, quotations, payment reminders, and reports to your customers via WhatsApp. By using this feature, you represent and warrant that:
- Your customers have consented to receive WhatsApp messages from your business.
- You will only use the WhatsApp sharing feature for legitimate business communications.
- You will not use this feature to send unsolicited, spam, or misleading messages.
- You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable messaging regulations.
Coastal Tech Lab is not responsible for any violations of WhatsApp's policies arising from your use of the messaging feature. Misuse may result in suspension of your account.
7. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of the data you create on LedgixSuite (invoices, client details, transactions, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the service. We will not use your business data for any other purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user data) are the exclusive property of Coastal Tech Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coastal Tech Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access ends at the end of the current billing period, and we retain data as required by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
